We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads. Our warehouse hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

We ship with Australia Post eParcel, you will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note: All orders shipped to Germany containing food products/ supplements will be cancelled as they are at a high risk for being denied by German Customs. We also ask you not to order reusable coffee cups/bottles as the instructions do not come in German translation.

Please be mindful that Australia is a remote country and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee.

Shipping times are only an estimate. The Wholesome Store takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated. If shipping to your country is not offered, please email us at: help@thewholesome.store and we will endeavour to find a way to ship to you.

RETURN TO SENDER

The Wholesome Store does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately at help@thewholesome.store

If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. 

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Please note The Wholesome Store does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. The Wholesome Store does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Wholesome Store is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE shipping on your order and decide to return/refund your items, you will be refunded the order amount minus the actual cost for shipping.
