We offer local pickup from our warehouse in Burleigh Heads. Our warehouse hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

*Please note that orders to WA can take upwards of 10 business days, however for the rest of Australia shipping generally takes 2-6 business days.

We ship with Australia Post eParcel, you will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: All orders shipped to Germany containing food products/ supplements will be cancelled as they are at a high risk for being denied by German Customs.

Please be mindful that Australia is a remote country and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE, YOUR TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED VIA EMAIL CAN BE USED WITH YOUR LOCAL CARRIER (e.g. Deutsche Post). Local carriers will have more accurate shipping information and should be used where possible. It is the customers responsibility to track your order and The Wholesome Store will not be responsible for any parcels that are returned to sender due to being unclaimed.
RETURN TO SENDER
The Wholesome Store does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If the parcel is returned to us, the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately at help@thewholesome.store
If your parcel has already been shipped we can try to redirect it with Australia Post, however that isn't always an option. If we are unable to do so the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note The Wholesome Store does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. The Wholesome Store does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Wholesome Store is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
