Returns

Change of mind returns:

Something not quite the right size or fit? You can return it for a refund provided:

  • You have emailed help@thewholesome.store to apply for a refund.
  • It has been less than 14 days since it was delivered.
  • It is unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g perfume) and still has its tags/in it’s original packaging (our team inspects each piece upon its arrival to our warehouse and if it does not meet this criteria you will not be refunded).
  • Swimwear must still have the hygiene sticker in place.

Items that may not be returned:

  • Sale items or items purchased during sale periods such as our EOFY sale, Birthday sale, Black Friday sale and Afterpay day sale.
  • Gift cards 
  • Perishable items (e.g food, supplements and skincare)
  • Earrings 

Customers are responsible for any returns costs and are therefore responsible if a return is lost or stolen while in transit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The original shipping costs are not refundable, if you received FREE shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of being received. The refund will be to your original payment method and you will get an email notification once it is completed. 

 

Exchanges:

If you are wanting to exchange an item please email help@thewholesome.store

You can exchange your item provided:

  • It has been less than 14 days since it was delivered.
  • It is unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g perfume) and still has its tags/in it’s original packaging
  • Swimwear must still have the hygiene sticker in place.
  • It is not a sale item as sale items or purchased during a sale period as sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

*We cannot guarantee that we will have the size/style you want.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items to us, we do not provide returns labels.

 

Faults

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item please email our customer service team at help@thewholesome.store including photos of the item.

We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear.
