Passionflower: One of my favourite herbs for soothing the nervous system. Passionflower helps to support relaxation in the body, promotes healthy sleep patterns and reduces feelings of anxiety. It also enhances mental clarity + reduces fight/flight response.
Lavender: This beautiful herb calms the mind and relieves nervous tension. Lavender promotes restful sleep
Withania: A powerful adaptogen herb that protects the body against stress. Withania balances cortisol production, promoting a healthy sleep pattern. It also supports energy production reducing the feeling of being “tiered but wired”
Magnesium: Magnesium plays an important role in the nervous system. Magnesium supports mental clarity, reduceds anxiety and enhances restfull restorative sleep.
Zinc: An essential mineral that maintains healthy nervous system function. It plays a role in regulating cortisol and reducing anxiety.
Glutamine: Supports digestion by reducing inflammation within the intestinal tract and enhance nutrient absorption.
Vitamin D: An essential nutrient for energy production, healthy immune function and stress response.
Glycine: Supports deep restorative sleep.
Beetroot: Rich in antioxidants and dietary fibre. Beetroot may contain iron helping to build blood within the body and enhance energy.
Mixed berries: Berries contain antioxidants which help to reduce wrinkling and other signs of skin ageing.
